How we got here.
After experiencing years of working for other salons, learning techniques, being in the day to day hustle of always on your feet, client after client grind, and ending the day with anxiety– Jaime had a decision. Should she quit? Well because quitting is not in her DNA, she decided to get a small salon suite that led to where she is now.
Jaime Michaels and her team are redefining what work culture is like in a salon and what the experience is like for their clients.
A core design is to help women feel beautiful and confident and helping hair professionals to do the same. That looks like a one-on-one experience with every client. No rushing out of your chair, no sitting under a heater for hours at a time.
